The Gibraltar Football Association is seeking dedicated and reliable Sports Facility Officers to join its team.

Position Details
- Salary: £12.50 per hour
- Hours of work: Approximately 120 hours per month
- Shift pattern: Four days on, four days off
Key Responsibilities
Sports Facility Officers will be expected to:
- Oversee and maintain the sports facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all users
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and activities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the facility during shifts
- Respond to incidents or emergencies
- Work independently and unsupervised while on duty
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Applicants must have:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Android and iOS mobile applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to work unsupervised
Desirable Qualifications
The following would be advantageous:
- Safeguarding certificate
- First aid certificate
- Risk assessment training
- Conflict management training
Desirable Experience
Previous experience as a maintenance worker would be advantageous.
Additional Information
Applicants must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, in line with the four-days-on, four-days-off shift pattern.
This role is suited to individuals who can work independently and are comfortable dealing with the general public in a busy sports facility environment.
